Lead at Any Level® has partnered with a national nonprofit on a three-year contract to develop rising leaders through their flagship Leadership Institute for college athletics department administrators—and now, their internal Research Team as well. With assessments, workshops, and expert facilitation, we’re helping teams across the organization unlock potential, build trust, and lead with purpose.
When Lead at Any Level assumed responsibility for this long-standing leadership program, we were entrusted to uphold—and build upon—its strong reputation for excellence. Our team quickly adapted to the existing structure, maintained consistently high participant satisfaction ratings, and sustained measurable impact in areas such as self-awareness, communication, and team dynamics.
Through tools like DISC, Emotional Intelligence (EIQ), and 360-degree feedback, participants gained practical strategies for improving relationships, navigating conflict, and leading more effectively within their institutions. Within one year of the program, at least three participants earned promotions—a clear indicator of applied learning and professional growth.

The partnership has expanded to include the organization’s internal Research Team, which participated in a customized team development experience focused on collaboration, communication, and strengths alignment. That program received 100% positive ratings for value and over 90% engagement across all measured dimensions (interactive, relevant, practical, and engaging).
